Develops internal tools and mechanisms to improve infrastructure product reliability, quality, supplier qualification, and component lifecycle tracking.
What you'll do
- Define reliability and quality metrics, and build tools to report results and flag recurring issues.
- Develop supplier qualification workflows, evaluation tracking, archiving, approval, reporting, and compliance mechanisms.
- Build Tier 2 component tracking and estimate component lifespans to inform maintenance, replacement, and end-of-life decisions.
