Owns the lifecycle of RF test systems for satellite avionics and payload hardware, from design and verification through manufacturing integration and post-delivery support.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and sustain RF test systems, hardware, fixtures, and tooling for satellite payload and avionics testing.
- Develop test plans and procedures, lead readiness reviews, and coordinate verification strategy across engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Automate and improve production testing, analyze failures, and use quantitative models to improve throughput, reliability, and yield.
