What you'll do

• Lead design, implementation, and integration testing of dataplane features and performance optimizations.
• Own team architecture and engineering practices; improve development processes, tools, and automation.
• Shape technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and system architecture.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience and 7+ years programming in at least one language.
• 5+ years leading system design or architecture, plus 7+ years across the full software development life cycle.
• Mentoring, tech lead, or engineering team leadership experience; embedded development in C/C++; knowledge of system performance, memory management, and parallel computing.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning and large language model fundamentals, including model execution optimization.
• Knowledge of machine learning model architecture and inference; experience in low-level systems software, networking dataplane, or performance-critical services.
