Own and improve Leo’s fleet-wide vulnerability management and security programs, partnering with engineering teams to reduce risk and keep systems audit-ready.
What you'll do
- Ensure vulnerability-management mechanisms provide effective coverage and risk prioritization for Leo’s fleet; coordinate remediation of high-severity and systemic vulnerabilities.
- Advise builder teams on security priorities, simplify security processes, and promote security culture through guidance and mentoring.
- Translate compliance requirements into auditable engineering controls and use program metrics to drive security improvements.
