What you'll do

• Architect, design, and develop distributed agentic applications, online services, and APIs.
• Develop service orchestration, agent frameworks, and real-time processing systems; improve application efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and planning, partnering with engineers, scientists, and business leaders.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead; knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.

Pay

USD 193,300.00 - 261,500.00 annually (base salary); USD 168,100.00 - 227,400.00 annually (base salary)
