Sr. Software Development Engineer, AWS Transform

What you'll do

• Design and own major components of the migration platform, including multi-agent capabilities that use foundation models and tools.
• Develop AI-powered network transformation features and improve agent orchestration for migrating servers, storage, networks, and applications.
• Contribute to design reviews, code quality, operational excellence, mentoring, and iterative testing and measurement.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years leading design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals.

Pay
