Owns the strategy and delivery of scalable technical enablement programs that help eero’s ISP and MSP partners deploy, support, and grow eero solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop partner playbooks, onboarding, and hypercare programs, and create accessible learning content across virtual, in-person, and self-directed formats.
- Use AI, automation, analytics, and partner feedback to improve program effectiveness and measure partner and business outcomes.
- Work with marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to align enablement with product capabilities and partner needs.
