Sr. Technical Program Manager, Amazon Rufus

What you'll do

• Run high-visibility programs across multiple Amazon Rufus teams and manage stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Mentor and grow technical leaders to scale mission-critical initiatives.
• Use data and key metrics to improve operational effectiveness and define processes that increase developer productivity and improve customer experiences.

Pay

USD 171,000.00 - 231,400.00 annually (base salary); USD 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 annually (base salary)
