What you'll do
- Govern engineering change programs, boards, approvals, schedules, escalations, and post-release reviews.
- Lead production impact assessments and hardware cut-in planning, including effectivity, work-in-progress disposition, and rework scope.
- Improve change workflows and track performance indicators such as change cycle time, first-pass yield, and production disruptions.
