What you'll do
- Design and prototype shopping features, including conceptual sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using AI tools.
- Lead design workshops, brainstorming, and reviews; collaborate across disciplines and align with senior leaders and engineering.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to guide customer experience decisions and develop scalable design patterns, standards, and processes.
