About the job
Dispenses and verifies prescriptions, oversees fulfillment quality and compliance, and supports customers and pharmacy operations.
What you'll do
- Fill, verify, and pack prescription orders, including quality assurance for packet and bulk dispenses.
- Answer clinical questions, investigate errors, and complete pharmacy operations tasks such as returns, medication rejects, substitutions, and canister approvals.
- Maintain customer profiles and coordinate prescription processing, transfers, and information for the distribution team.
