Supports project managers with coordination and execution of fulfillment-center construction and expansion projects, including schedules, budgets, procurement, stakeholder communications, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Track project schedules, budgets, purchase orders, and status; coordinate with stakeholders, procurement, vendors, and 3PL partners.
- Analyze data, resolve customer tickets, and contribute to workflow and process improvements.
- Prepare project communications, training documentation, and standard operating procedures; support active summer project sites.
