Supply Chain Manager II, Intermodal & Air Optimization Tech

What you'll do

• Define and govern operational KPIs, metric definitions, ownership, refresh cadence, and escalation criteria.
• Build reporting and dashboards, partner with technology and BI teams on reliable data pipelines, and analyze performance variances.
• Translate findings into operational recommendations and prepare periodic business reviews, scorecards, and executive narratives.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of program or project management experience; 3+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams; and 3+ years defining and implementing data- and metrics-driven process improvements.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL, and experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Nice to have

• 3+ years driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership; 3+ years driving process improvements.
• Stakeholder management, process building, project management and scheduling; use of generative AI tools and ability to identify opportunities for generative AI.

Pay

85,800.00 - 128,600.00 USD annually (base salary)
