What you'll do
- Lead assigned supplier performance programs, including goal-setting, stakeholder alignment, and delivery against milestones.
- Build metrics frameworks, scorecards, reports, and dashboards; analyze data to identify root causes and recommend action plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to close performance gaps, manage corrective actions, and document scalable processes.
