What you'll do
- Develop and maintain demand plans; analyze trends, seasonality, and HVE impacts to optimize plan allocation.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement data-driven process improvements; support new product launches with forecasting.
- Create reports and dashboards, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in business reviews.
