What you'll do
- Track carrier program performance, capacity gaps, execution defects, and forecast accuracy; escalate findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze data and prepare WBR/DBR reports, variance summaries, leadership materials, and weekly updates.
- Support process improvement, data integrity, bid reconciliation, and documentation of standard operating procedures.
