Build, operate, and improve AWS compliance, governance, and customer-experience systems for U.S. government customers, resolving technical issues and strengthening platform reliability.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, monitor, and automate infrastructure, tools, and systems for highly available, resilient platforms.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, lead post-mortem analysis, and identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Develop solutions and work with government customers to address needs across cloud computing and governance environments.
