- Develop country-entry strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ground gateway sites, licenses, and infrastructure on schedule.
- Track delivery risks and milestones, manage site finances and capital requisitions, and report progress to working teams and senior leaders.
- Build regional infrastructure roadmaps and identify operational improvements and cost savings.
