Delivers and improves technical customer-support training for eero, using learner feedback and performance data to refine learning content and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Deliver virtual, in-person, and self-directed training; develop and update learning and knowledge content.
- Collect learner feedback, identify trends, track training KPIs, and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development and meet project timelines; travel up to 10–25%.
