Technical Training Specialist, AMER-West Amazon Commissioning Team

What you'll do

• Creates and executes a regional training roadmap, including recorded and experiential technical training.
• Assesses team skills and training resources to build targeted curricula and improve capability across roles.
• Maintains training records and partners with managers and Data Center Operations customers to align programs with needs.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation, and in a training role including technical training.
• 3+ years of designing and developing IT or technical training materials and content experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of program or project management experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with graphic training systems and multimedia content creation, Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting, or technical writing and instructional design.
• Experience developing or delivering training across multiple sites or regions and working cross-functionally; relevant engineering, management, or technology degree.

Pay

USD 118,200.00 - 160,000.00 annually (base salary)
