What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and support computer and electronic hardware, operating systems, software, ALPR, and other gate and yard technologies.
- Monitor systems and processes, manage performance issues, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce process time.
- Pilot-test tool updates and new hardware, software, cameras, and computer instrumentation; travel up to 50% within a 50-mile radius.
