Coordinates end-to-end training delivery operations across AMER, including scheduling, trainer resourcing, customer provisioning, billing, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Manage virtual and in-person training logistics, trainer assignments, schedule changes, and LMS availability.
- Maintain operational data and handle billing, invoicing, and related finance and procurement inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and freelance trainers to support delivery and improve operational workflows.
