Serves as the real estate business partner for Amazon’s AI and Security organizations, aligning global workplace and transaction strategies with business plans.
What you'll do
- Develop global plans for headcount, specialty spaces, and locations with AI and Security leaders and GREF stakeholders.
- Build planning, reporting, and tracking mechanisms to support decisions, meet SLAs, and connect business operating plans to GREF’s operating plan.
- Develop executive presentations, recommendations, and business cases; coordinate stakeholders and oversee issue escalations.
