Leads a transportation team and oversees safety, quality, productivity, customer delivery promises, and logistics process improvements.
What you'll do
- Partner with site leadership to analyze quality and customer experience metrics and address root causes.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate Transportation Associates while managing safety, quality, and productivity.
- Implement standard work and process improvements, including Lean tools, and support OSHA compliance.
