What you'll do
- Research and resolve carrier and driver issues in a contact center environment, coordinating within the transportation network to address disruptions.
- Use internal systems to gather data and support operational execution and reporting; communicate insights with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help write standard work for internal and field teams; support workload surges, including overtime during designated peak periods.
