Resolves freight-movement issues and improves transportation operations by analyzing data, reporting performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve freight issues.
- Analyze data and publish performance metrics and reports.
- Identify root causes of defects, escalate issues, and follow through on process improvements.
