Keeps Amazon intermodal freight moving by monitoring shipments, resolving or escalating disruptions, and communicating updates to carriers and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Monitor shipments and identify, resolve, or escalate delays and other operational disruptions, including rerouting trips when needed.
- Use internal tools and data to analyze performance, report trends, and make real-time decisions following standard work.
- Communicate shipment updates and resolutions to carriers, rail partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
