About the job
Keeps Amazon intermodal freight moving by monitoring shipments, resolving or escalating disruptions, and communicating updates to carriers and other stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Monitor shipments and make real-time decisions to resolve disruptions, reroute freight, and support on-time pickup and delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, rail partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders; escalate issues and follow through on resolutions.
- Use data and internal tools for ad hoc reporting, analysis, and tracking performance trends.
