Resolves carrier payment disputes for Amazon freight movements by investigating claims, analyzing data, communicating findings, and addressing process defects.

- Investigate and resolve Trip Status payment disputes, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and SLA.
- Manage multiple cases, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and escalate data issues through resolution.
- Analyze data and eliminate root causes of defects to improve transportation operations.
