Leads the launch, scaling, and performance of Amazon Leo’s U.S. professional satellite installation and support services for residential, business, and government customers.
What you'll do
- Build and scale the field installation and maintenance network, including regional capacity plans, staffing models, and partner networks.
- Coordinate cross-functional installation readiness and logistics, and manage service performance, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
- Develop the Field Services strategy and roadmap; communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and mentor team members.
