What you'll do

• Develop bottom-up cost estimates, should-cost models, benchmarks, and scalable estimating tools.
• Evaluate design alternatives and specifications through Value Engineering to identify cost drivers and optimize value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and use AI-powered tools to scale cost intelligence and improve analysis.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, and 3+ years implementing data- and metrics-based process improvements.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL, and experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field; experience in a related cost/value engineering or technical discipline.

Nice to have

• 3+ years driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership; 3+ years driving process improvements.
• Stakeholder management experience across varied organizational levels.

Pay

77,200.00 - 115,800.00 USD annually (base salary); 85,800.00 - 128,600.00 USD annually (base salary)
