Coordinates equipment maintenance, utilities, facility improvements, and building systems to keep Protoshop operating and support its expansion.
What you'll do
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, vendors, spare parts, and equipment downtime escalations.
- Plan and coordinate utilities for new equipment and manage facility improvements and building buildouts.
- Own building systems, facility records, landlord and vendor relationships, and support safety compliance and expansion planning.
