Leads AMCA’s mechanical engineering function, taking aerospace and defense hardware from concept through design, build, qualification, and production while developing the engineering team and standards.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow the mechanical engineering team; set design, build, testing, and DFM standards.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for mechanical design, qualification testing, troubleshooting, and production handoff.
- Partner with customers, program management, and electrical engineering on product roadmaps and hardware requirements.
