Leads Amca’s electrical engineering function and team to design, build, test, qualify, and produce flight-critical electrical hardware.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow the electrical engineering team; establish technical standards, design reviews, and best practices.
- Provide hands-on design oversight and lead hardware development, testing, qualification, and production release.
- Partner across engineering and business teams to translate customer needs into plans and advance the electrical product roadmap.
