About the job
Leads a mechanical engineering discipline and takes aerospace flight hardware from design through testing, qualification, and production.
What you'll do
- Own technical design decisions and outcomes, including detailed design, drawings, GD&T, FEA, specifications, and risk assessments.
- Drive hardware development and qualification testing; investigate root causes and manage corrective actions.
- Guide engineers and collaborate across disciplines, with customers, and in design reviews.
