Owns and builds Amca’s hardware design processes, standards, reviews, qualification practices, and risk controls across aerospace and defense products.
What you'll do
- Create requirements-tracking, design-review, CAD-release, configuration-management, and design-standard processes; track review actions through closure.
- Guide engineers and customers on requirements and product designs, mitigate design risk, and support qualification failure root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Set hardware qualification and analysis standards, mentor engineering teams, and identify design gaps in factories.
