Builds and supports monitoring systems and infrastructure features that improve the availability of private and public cloud platforms and help prevent recurring incidents.
What you'll do
- Work with Operations and Engineering teams to identify platform features that improve availability and reduce toil.
- Architect, design, and develop monitoring systems for ongoing infrastructure and application availability.
- Address incidents by developing solutions to detect, recover from, and prevent recurrence.
