Manages digital onboarding and deployment of American Express card and expense management solutions, guiding customers through setup, adoption, and transition to later lifecycle stages.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage multiple customer deployments, supporting setup, card distribution, and training throughout the self-guided onboarding journey.
- Monitor customer health and adoption, resolve challenges, manage escalations, and help customers realize value.
- Partner with internal teams to improve onboarding processes, digital tools, and customer success materials.
