About the job
Provides high-volume phone-based travel planning and servicing for premium Platinum Card Members, including personalized bookings and travel experiences.
What you'll do
- Deliver customer service in an inbound, high-volume travel call center.
- Plan and book domestic and international flights, car rentals, and hotel itineraries; service existing arrangements.
- Consult with Card Members about their needs and communicate relevant products and benefits.
