Leads complex creative marketing projects and programs for OnBrand, coordinating workstreams, budgets, teams, and senior stakeholder alignment while mentoring junior project managers.
What you'll do
- Owns planning and end-to-end delivery of integrated programs, coordinating projects, workstreams, timelines, resources, and capacity.
- Leads and mentors junior PMs and partners with cross-functional teams and Marketing Partners to support execution and alignment.
- Tracks financials and risks, manages scope changes, reports status, and applies retrospective learnings to improve processes.
