Builds and supports American Express’s on-premises and public-cloud database platforms, focusing on scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, implement, and support database platforms across on-premises and public-cloud environments.
- Identify architectural risks and performance issues, and improve platform capabilities, reliability, security, and operations.
- Partner with product and engineering teams; provide rotational production and on-call support.
