Build and lead American Express’s Forward Deployed Engineering organization to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and deliver production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Set the FDE strategy, operating model, and execution framework; build and develop a high-performing engineering organization.
- Partner with business executives, Product, Platform Engineering, and Architecture to identify opportunities, deliver production deployments, and influence platform evolution.
- Establish delivery standards and scale successful implementations into reusable patterns and accelerators.
