What you'll do
- Build and lead the compliance organization while remaining hands-on in technical reviews, testing, certification, and issue resolution.
- Own compliance strategy and certification readiness, using UL 2877 and UL 1741 as the primary framework and integrating supporting safety, cybersecurity, and grid-interconnection standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, executives, customers, NRTLs, and test labs; establish compliance processes and report program risks and status.

$250,000 — $270,000 USD (base salary); $220,000 — $250,000 USD (base salary)
