Programs and operates CNC and manual machining equipment to produce and modify precision prototypes, tools, fixtures, and low-volume parts, while supporting engineering design and shop operations.
What you'll do
- Program, set up, and run Haas VMCs; occasionally operate manual lathes and mills to machine parts, including hardened materials.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback; manage tooling and raw-material inventory and procurement.
- Perform equipment maintenance and operational checks, and maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
