About the job

Designs, models, implements, and validates control systems for advanced power converters used in low- and medium-voltage applications.

What you'll do

  • Design digital control algorithms and converter models; analyze stability, compensation, and transient response.
  • Implement real-time controls on embedded platforms and debug converters across simulation, firmware, hardware, and laboratory testing.
  • Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams on converter performance and support validation, including stability, transients, and fault handling.

What they ask for

  • Technical degree or equivalent industry experience in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, focused on power electronics and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of resonant power conversion and control across isolated and non-isolated architectures; solid control-theory foundation.
  • Experience implementing real-time control algorithms on embedded platforms and hands-on laboratory debugging of power converters.
  • Proficiency in embedded C for real-time control implementation and debugging.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and PLECS.
  • Exposure to medium-voltage power electronics, bidirectional power conversion, or product development through validation and deployment.
