Leads the team responsible for manufacturing test and product validation of Amperesand’s Solid State Transformer, from prototype development through volume production.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop test engineering teams, setting technical direction for test architecture, methodology, and execution.
- Own manufacturing test and product validation strategy, including test systems, coverage, uptime, lab operations, and production readiness.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, reliability, and program management teams to improve test processes and product reliability.
