What you'll do
- Design and validate equipment, tooling, fixtures, and automated production systems, including robotic cells and material handling.
- Lead equipment development from concept through production, including analysis, prototyping, validation, troubleshooting, and supplier coordination.
- Coordinate cross-functional design and integration efforts, leading design reviews, FMEA, and equipment optimization.
