Develop and manage product documentation and an online customer and partner portal for power infrastructure products across their lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Author and maintain product, installation, commissioning, operations, service, and safety documentation; translate technical information into clear, accurate content.
- Set documentation standards and coordinate content, visuals, revisions, and localization with cross-functional teams.
- Build and administer the online document portal, including structure and access permissions, and improve it using usage data and feedback.
