About the job
Leads the design and continuous improvement of lightweight, collaboratively built operating processes for Product planning, launches, stage gates, and cross-functional execution.
What you'll do
- Co-design and steward Product planning calendars, roadmaps, and cross-product alignment.
- Build and maintain launch-readiness processes, stage-gate and scope-change frameworks, and their supporting tools and templates.
- Lead a central process team and continuously identify, measure, improve, simplify, or retire processes.
