About the job
Provides on-site instructional coaching and professional development to NYC educators to support math instruction and improve student outcomes during the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year.
What you'll do
- Observe classrooms, provide feedback, conduct model lessons, co-teach, and support lesson planning and lesson study.
- Analyze student work and formative assessment data, and recommend strategies to support equitable learning for diverse students.
- Design and facilitate professional development and collaborate with school and district leaders on coaching strategy.
